Tracy Brown, Member

tracyTracy Brown is a native of Fayetteville, NC. He is first and foremost a Christian. He’s married to Dedra Jarvis-Brown. They have two children Kristian and Micah. They are members of Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church and under the leadership of Pastor Allen R. McFarland.

Tracy Brown is the President of First Providence Realty, Inc., a full service real estate company that specialize in Urban Housing for low-to-moderate income families. He managed the sales for the #1 Hope VI Homeownership programs out of 125 cities in the United States.

Tracy Brown served as a member of the Board of Directors for Effingham YMCA, served as a board of Directors of Virginia Association of Real Estate Broker’s diversity board and the local President of National Association of Real Estate Brokers, presently serve as a member of the Board of Directors for StoneBridge; an independent, private day school dedicated to restoring classic American Christian Education. Tracy serves as the Church’s Financial Comptroller of Calvary Evangelical Baptist Church.

Tracy has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate and Urban community development industry. He has established a reputation of honesty, trust and integrity among industry peers, public and private community leaders. Tracy has been featured in several local newspapers dealing with real estate and urban community development.
Tracy Brown is well known in the church community as having a passion for serving the disadvantage and being a trailblazer in helping to empower others to seek their full potential.

Tracy has assisted with an international urban community development project in Benin, West Africa. This is a government housing development program proposing construction of 1100 homes.

He is the author of the book “Tracy J Brown The Moses For Urban America,” he has authored articles such as…[Christians in Financial Sin, Welfare to Work ,Christian Financial Wisdom and authored youth book , “The Moses Within.”}

He is the founder of non-profit Urban Awareness , USA.; a faith-based organization specializing in urban church growth development.
