The Council for First Principles has been organized and is operating as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable and educational organization. It also operates under the name Restore the Founders’ Vision. The Council has filed with the Internal Revenue Service its Application for Recognition of Exemption as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. While the Council believes that it will receive a favorable determination from the IRS confirming that contributions to it are and will be tax-deductible, the Council cannot represent that such contributions are or will be tax-deductible until such time as a favorable determination is issued by the IRS.
